New Monthly Theme- A day at the Dog Shows!

I had this idea after admiring the beautiful artwork of the new 'City' theme, and came up with this. It seems like it would be fairly easy to make.

Line Up Background (could look like this)

Various Show Leads
Ribbons, Rosettes, and Trophies.
XX Conditioner (could make the dog's coat shinier)

Etc.
Companions:
I was thinking there could be dog companions, in the position like there was a line up. One companion could be to the left of the dog, one to the right, and so on. it would only show half of the companion since it looks like a lineup.
